PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
1- The building engineer, Mr. Mounir Boutros , acted as an expert in court, and he testified in many cases of hidden defects before the courts.
2- He has carried out various expert assessments for buildings ( residential, commercial and industrial ) regarding foundation problems, water infiltration, air infiltration, hidden defects, foundation drains, roofing, structure and exterior cladding, etc.
3- In addition, he inspected condominium buildings (pre-acceptance, building condition certificate and contingency fund).
4- The engineer carried out infiltrometry and thermography tests (air infiltration).
5- He inspected buildings as part of a pre-purchase.
6- He also conducted inspections of facades and parking lots in accordance with Law 122.
7- As part of structural assessments, the structural engineer analyzed the structural stability of several buildings in Quebec.
